2005 – the development of pistol calibers 9×18 and 9×19 with rocket bullet. Experimental tests took place at the Research Expert Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine base in Kyiv.

2013 – The Stiletto Systems Ltd company is founded in Great Britain. Along with the Canadian company Waterbury Farrel, Stiletto Systems Ltd won the contract for building the Kazakhstan cartridge plant. Stiletto Systems Ltd functions as the primary developer of construction documentation for all types of ammunition.
2014-2016 – Stiletto Systems Ltd constantly develops and upgrades a wide choice of different armour-piercing ammunition.
